Ron Adair unexpectedly died on May 10, 2017 at his home in Houston, Texas. Ronald Adair (Ron/Ronny) was born to Edward (Rip) and Doris Adair on March 6, 1950 and was raised in Bishop, Texas.
He was a proud member of the Bishop High School Class of 1968. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&I University in 1972. Ron went on to obtain an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Ron Adair unexpectedly died on May 10, 2017 at his home in Houston, Texas. Ronald Adair (Ron/Ronny) was born to Edward (Rip) and Doris Adair on March 6, 1950 and was raised in Bishop, Texas.
He was a proud member of the Bishop High School Class of 1968. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&I University in 1972. Ron went on to obtain an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Houston.
Ron lived most of his life working as a self-employed petroleum reservoir engineer in Houston. During his last ten years, he volunteered a lot of his time by mentoring at-risk youth. Ron was a familiar 'dog walker' in his Houston Garden Oaks neighborhood.
Ron is predeceased by his parents Edward (Rip) and Doris Adair and his beloved dog, Sheila. He is survived by his brother Craig Adair and his sister Vicki Culp, special friends Claire Bresnahan, Richard Baltz and Doug Vander Ploeg and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, June 17th at Pat Foley Funeral Home: 1200 West 34th Street, Houston, Texas 77018. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.
